Економічна ситуація в Шевченківському районі міста Києва
Сучасний етап економічного і соціального розвитку України пов’язаний з радикальними змінами, зумовленими переходом до ринкових відносин. Він передбачає створення соціально зорієнтованої економіки, яка означає поворот всього виробництва до потреб споживача. Соціально зорієнтована ринкова економіка розуміється як господарська система, в якій кожна група і соціальний тип населення одержують можливість для реалізації своїх життєвих здібностей і запитів на основі вільної праці і зростання особистих доходів.
Шевченківський район за першу половину 2015 року забезпечив виконання планових надходжень доходної частини бюджету м. Києва по Шевченківському району на 127,8 %. Державною податковою інспекцією у Шевченківському району ГУ ДФС у м. Києві спільно з Міжрегіональним головним управлінням ДФС – Центральним офісом з обслуговування великих платників за січень – березень 2015 року забезпечено виконання доходної частини бюджету м. Києва по Шевченківському району в сумі 613,5 млн. грн, що перевищує планові показники на 27,8 % , або на 133,4 млн. грн та на 46,7 млн. грн більше ніж у відповідному періоді минулого року.
17 мільйонерів Шевченківського району столиці вже відзвітували про свої доходи.
Згідно даних ДПІ у Шевченківському районі протягом перших двох місяців поточного року 17 мешканців Шевченківського району міста Києва задекларували понад 70 мільйонів гривень доходів, отриманих протягом 2014 року, а сума узгодженого податку на доходи фізичних осіб за такими деклараціями становить близько 5 мільйонів 300 тисяч гривень. Загалом податковою інспекцією вже отримано понад 600 декларацій про майновий стан та доходи, отримані у 2014 році із загальною задекларованою сумою понад 133 мільйони гривень.
Але в загальному ці показники не вплинули на покращення економічної ситуації в Шевченківському районі. Не створюються нові робочі місця. Пенсії та заробітна плата на низькому рівні і відповідає життєвому рівню Африканських країн. Влада імітує роботу віртуальної боротьби з незаконними МАФами. Зносять один, а з’являється три нових. Також іде віртуальна боротьба з забудовниками, які не входять в Топ 10 найбільших забудовників Києва, роблячи на цьому піар-компанії, схиляючи економічно слабших забудовників до дачі хабарів для вирішення створених владою проблем. Боротьба з корупцією ведеться на віртуальному рівні. Простій людині неможливо вирішити ні одного питання в штучно створених чергах, люди непритомніють.
Виходячи з цього ми бачимо, що органи державної влади місцевого самоврядування в м. Києві не спроможні вирішувати питання і приймати рішення, які можуть покращити економічну ситуацію в м. Києві та покращити і полегшити життя простому киянину.
Місцеві вибори як барометр соціальної напруги в спільноті, які відбудуться в жовтні 2015 року, повинні розставити все на свої місця і привести до влади в місті Києві нову команду, яка зможе оперативно впливати на ситуацію в економічній господарській соціальній політиці в місті і працювати на громаду не в віртуальному світі, а в реальному секторі.
