Із 31 жовтня Київ переходить на Е-квиток. Наразі придбати його можна на станціях київського метрополітену («Хрещатик», «Театральна», «Майдан Незалежності», «Акедеммістечко», «Лісова», «Арсенальна», «Теремки», «Видубичі», «Сирець» та «Почайна»), в Особистому кабінеті киянина, у мобільному додатку KyivSmartCity, у терміналах самообслуговування Ibox, EasyPay, 2click, KyivPayBot у Телеграм та Facebook або KyivMetroBot у Телеграм та Facebook.
