Рейдерство по-київськи: як депутати Батьківщини захоплюють столичну ДЮСШ
Погрози по телефону, підпал автомобіля, захоплення приміщень – це не зведення кримінальних новин. Це – звичайний опис діяльності двох депутатів Київради, які вирішили «віджати» приміщення в столичній Дитячої юнацької спортивної школи №17 за адресою вулиця Симиренка, 5б, що в Святошинському районі столиці. Йдеться про двох представників фракції «Батьківщина» в Київраді – Вагані Товмасяне і Сергія Римаренко. Про це помідомили moygrad.kiev.ua.
Історія виходить вельми неприємна. Все почалося з того, що 31 травня 2016 року керівництво ДЮСШ-17 відмовилося продовжувати договір оренди на приміщення площею 141 квадратний метр з «СПД Гетьман А.В». Справа в тому, що згідно з договором оренди дане приміщення було відведено на буфет, де діти після тренувань могли купити собі пиріжки, сік, воду і т.д. Однак приміщення вподобали двох вище згаданих депутатів і вони забрали собі це приміщення підгромадську приймальню. В Інтернеті можна знайти адресу прийомних цих двох депутатів Київради, який повністю збігається з адресою ДЮСШ.
Втім, протести керівництва спортивної школи, очевидно, почали досягати своєї мети. На адресу директора ДЮСШ Олексій Мітюков, а також тренерів і співробітників школи почали надходити погрози. Тим часом на захопленій території ДЮСШ почалося будівництво – представники «Батьківщини», схоже, порахували, що прийшли всерйоз і надовго. Також на ДЮСШ були послані перевірки з Київради і навіть запущений досить оригінальний судовий позов від СПД до Господарського суду Києва про «визнання договору оренди продовженим». Тим часом, за заявою Товмасян від 16 серпня 2016 року Святошинським районним управлінням Нацполіціі порушили кримінальну справу за статтею 356 (Самоправство).
Однак за ДЮСШ заступилася Святошинська РДА, яка також
подала до Госпсуду столиці з вимогою відселити СПД Гетьман А.В. (А фактично
двох депутатів-рейдерів) з приміщення спортшколи. В результаті, у декого зі
столичних обранців, схоже, остаточно зірвало дах. Інакше складно пояснити
подальше: на минулих вихідних у директора ДЮСШ спали машину.
Як би там не було, але весь цей час «завдяки» двом депутатам-рейдерам
робота ДЮСШ фактично паралізована. Це з урахуванням того, що в школі займаються
майже 900 дітей.
Тут слід сказати пару слів про депутатів Київради, які влаштували
подібний беззаконня. Якщо Римаренко до цієї історії особливо не світився в
скандалах і більш відомий як брокер, який до березня цього року був директором
компанії ТОВ «ЮС вічі», то пан Товмасян – особистість надзвичайно одіозна. Член
Партії регіонів, скандальний забудовник на рахунку якого, зокрема, незаконна
забудова парку «Орлятко».

організації ПР
Зараз представник «Батьківщини» Товмасян «зайнявся» юнацьким спортом. І
було б логічно, якби його старші колеги по партії все-таки заспокоїли зарвався
депутата.
