Закон про зменшення тиску на бізнес набув чинності 25 вересня. Законопроект №1080 “Про внесення змін до Кримінального кодексу України та Кримінально-процесуального кодексу України щодо зменшення тиску на бізнес” в середу, 25 вересня, набув чинності.
Зокрема, передбачається внести зміни до Кримінального кодексу України, згідно з якими виключити статтю 205 КК України, якою визнається кримінально караним створення або придбання суб’єктів підприємницької діяльності (юридичних осіб) з метою прикриття незаконної діяльності або здійснення видів діяльності, щодо яких існує заборона.
